The implementing body of KBB, the Kerala Biotechnology Commission (KBC) is responsible for the implementation of the Biotechnology Policy and other guidelines laid down by the Biotechnology Board and is taking a lead role in promoting R & D and industrial growth in the area of Biotechnology.
